Mark and his team finished our 1400 sq ft basement in the summer of 2023. The results are fantastic. Mark was great about holding to schedule and cost. I was impressed at how quickly the project progressed. We are very pleased with the results. Absolutely no regrets. I would recommend BUILD to anybody.
Mark finished our basement for us. I was nervous to hire a contractor. I wanted someone who was honest and would do what they committed to do. Mark was all of that and more. He gave us a timeline for each step of the process and a completion date. He kept to that timeline and it was done when he said it would be. His communication was top notch. He always let us know what was happening each day and responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. It was quality work and we are very happy with the final results. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!
Mark did an amazing job finishing our basement. He was so easy to work with and was always available for any questions or concerns we had. He kept us informed of the progress/next steps and made sure the subcontractors were conscious of the fact that I work from home (kept noise down as much as possible).
